It proposes to provide reasonable assurance of the predictability of future events with an impact on management. The application of data models and qualitative controls enables a unique and powerful control panel.

The system has a key indicator called BRAVO360™ INDEX. The purpose of the indicator is to provide sustainable, pragmatic, and understandable information for the chief executive to understand which are the main points of pain in the operation, be it a department, an entire company or a corporate service.

The key aspect of the system that delivers this indicator is the triad: speed, objectivity and assertiveness.

The system responds promptly to the following questions:
      1. INTERNAL CONTROLS, structured and feasible
      2. ROI, measurement of return on investment
      3. WORK CONDITIONS, clear understanding of the profile and working conditions of resources, processes, information and people
involved in meeting the demands of information
      4. PRECISE PROGNOSIS, to improve the degree of professionalism of the people involved in the management and enforcement of
      internal controls
      5. CORRECT MAPPING, of the areas or departments that should consume more investments to meet the needs
      of business
      6. ACTION PLAN, with business risk mapping with suggestion of the treatment action plan
      7. EFFECTIVENESS, increase the effectiveness of operational actions
      8. EFICIENCY, increase efficiency of business areas

The system consists of three modules:

BRAVO Risk

Perception of success and structure of delivered services

BRAVO Value

Statement of the quality of controls applicable to the business

BRAVO Control

Statement of the quality of controls applicable to the business

Resilience of Management and Investment Efficiency in Governance Controls

BRAVO Inova©: Visão Empreendedora do BRAVO360 no seu negócio

O BRAVO Inova© is an online support and workflow service for building an MVP or even a business plan for entrepreneurs. This system is an innovation in the educational area applied to Entrepreneurship and Business.

The educational goal of BRAVO Inova© is to awaken in the student the vocation to sign a Social Contract instead of having a Work Card.

For Investment Funds the purpose of the system is to provide a repository of organized, ranked and regionalized business ideas and projects to simplify research and qualification of opportunities.

This proposal as well as the system were matured in pilot classes of MBA and graduation in renowned schools in Brazil. There were over 500 students in 12 months of testing in the state of São Paulo. The system was used as reinforcement of learning in the disciplines of Business Games and Materials Management. With average duration of 20 hours / class, the students could understand an important aspect of the entrepreneur's journey, in this case, the capitation of financial resources.

From these pilots was born a partnership with universities in the United States and Angola.

The central idea of this initiative of great social / economic value and impact on many people is simple and practical:
. The more people in practice understand how to make a business project more workable and financially viable,
the fewer companies will close in the first year of life, and the more entrepreneurs will be enabled (such students or their people
        being supported).

By the nature of the system, each project developed by the students will be a potential opportunity for investment. There will be a repository with several projects that we call "opportunity tank". The more projects in the tank the greater the offer to the public of viable ideas and proposals that can be "fished" by all kinds of investors, especially those who trust the educational institutions users and are interested in finding young talent.

The more end-of-course work has a practical and applicable bias, there is clearly an increase in the educational value offered by the institution.

The dynamics of using the system is simple:
      1. Teachers are certified to lead the journey by tool.
      2. Classroom driving directions are offered, but not mandatory.
      3. Students in the middle or end of the course are given the challenge, in the form of class work, of (i) constructing a new business proposal
or (ii) improving an existing business in their locality.
      4. The system quantifies, qualifies and ranks project numbers (MVP or Pitch).
      5. A teacher or student bank works in the role of investor banking by choosing or ranking the best proposals
according to the system's statistical data.
      6. Project information is available to the Investment Funds or Accelerators that sign the access to the data.
